Packages ship within 48 hours of placing your order Monday-Friday from our facility in Michigan.

Once an order is placed, we’re unable to guarantee cancellations or shipping address changes. If you need to make an update, please email hello@motheredskin.com as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help before your order ships.

If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us at hello@motheredskin.com within 45 days of delivery to initiate a return. Refunds are available on a customer's first order only.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once your return has been received and approved. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We do not offer exchanges at this time.

MOTHERED reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements.

We’re so sorry. Please email a photo of the damaged item and your order number to hello@motheredskin.com within 5 days of delivery, and we’ll take care of it.

Once your order has been marked delivered by the carrier, MOTHERED is no longer responsible for the package.

If your package shows as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly and check with neighbors or your building management first.

If your tracking hasn't updated in more than 3 business days or shows no movement, please email us at hello@motheredskin.com with your order number and we'll investigate right away. We want to make sure your order gets to you.
